Returns & Exchanges

At SHOEZ, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaged in the original shoe box.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
